what do you pack in your diaper bag?

we attended yet another baby shower this weekend and they had a couple of games that were fun... but one was quite challenging. they did a word game and each word was something that you'd find in a diaper bag. but they only gave you only one letter of each word... i gave up with only getting 2 of the words then just starting putting any words down that would fit on the lines -- and of course they weren't things you'd find in a diaper bag! one of the ladies at the shower couldn't get many of them either so she just kept a list to the side of things you should have in a diaper bag nowadays, which included: a bottle of water, an ipod, a cell phone, snacks (and more snacks), wipies, tissues, chapstick, a hat... the common things that women also carry in their purses, but also throw into their diaper bag as well! that gets me asking what are your "diaper bag essentials?"
